From 21st-24th Aug, Lonking Forklift Development Stratigic Seminar and Regional Managers' Working Exchange was opened in Shanghai. There are about 120 leaders and top sales delegates from agents took part in the meeting.
To improve Lonking members' marketing knowledge and professional qualities, Lonking Forklift invited a Taiwan senior consultant to explain How to Further Strengthen Customers' Management on 22 Aug. The consultant analysed from the agents' current situation. He explained how to build a harmonious relationship between the manufacturers, marketing principle, agents' basic requirements and clients management, etc. The teaching style is amiable, humorous and vivid. He is good at opening the students' thought from examples, which presented the great pleasure between teaching and learning from humour. All the delegates felt they learned a lot after one day's busy and substantial training. Especially the hound plan, setting customers' files and generating sales promotion strategy which were explained by Joe Giard's marking cases left a deep impression for the delegates. And he told the true essence of marketing by explaining customers' data management and account receivable management.
On 23 Aug, the Plenary Conference of Lonking Forklift Strategic Seminar was held in the relearning classroom of Jucai building. Mr. Qiu Debo, the president of Lonking Holdings Limited, attended the meeting and gave the important speech. Mr. Xie Yinghua, the general manager of Lonking Forklift, did the keynote speech in the development strategic seminar. Mr. Xie reviewed and concluded Lonking Forklift's working performance from January to July in 2010. And he analysed the interline's forklifts' sales markets and published the first half year's sales condition. He expressed his great ratification and appreciation for all the efforts the agents did. Mr. Xie said: since the first half year of 2010, we have achieved rapid growing of selling and selling half amount of the sales target this year under the joint efforts between all agents and the company. And we accomplished all business indicators well, which were transmitted from the Holdings Limited. At the same time, he reaffirmed the strategic target of selling at least 9 thousand of forklifts and try to sell 11 thousand of forklifts in 2010 and declared the 2011's strategic target of selling 20 thousand of forklifts.
Mr. Xie Yinghua mentioned the implementation and measures of strategic objective in his speech. He said: the deploitation of sale reinforcement is a must. Strive to achieve 300 secondary agents in 2010. And at the same time we should stick to the marketing ideas: always satisfy customers' changing needs. Mr. Xie mentioned the Lonking Forklift's Quality Improvement ActionProgram, 2010. He said: we believe that take this quality improvement activity, the forklifts' quality will take a big step forward and fulfil our vision of creating sophisticated logistics equipments by our efforts. He reaffirmed the importance of incorruption. We should inherit Lonking's good tradition and establish good atmosphere to put ourselves in the agents' position to weaken their burden of bull management.
Mr. Lu Mingwan, the vice general manager of Lonking Forklift presented the marking ideas of sincere cooperation and create a win-win situation. The main task is to build the "one-hour selling and service working atmosphere", which is good for offering better and faster service for our customers. Mr. Lu emphasised that all Lonking boutiques only can sell Lonking products and parts( including Lonking special used oil). We will resolutely stop some of the Lonking boutiques from making use of Lonking to sell other brands' products.
Besides, some excellent agents were invited to give speeches on the meeting. There are Mr. Li Gang, the general manager of Beijing Puguangde Mechanical equipments LLC. Mr. Wang Yingnan, the general manager of Shanghai Huimin Mechanical equipments Co., Ltd. Mr. Luoping, the general manager of Ningbo Tiansheng Forklifts Co., Ltd. Mr. Chen Bin, the chairman of Fuzhou Youjia Mechanical equipments Co., Ltd.
Soon afterwards all the delegates of agents were invited to visit Lonking (Shanghai) industrial park and watched Lonking forklifts' operation demonstration under the blazing sun. List of exhibition forklifts are: LG16B、LG30B、FD20T、LG30DT、LG50D、LG80DT、LG100DT、LG160DT and LG260EC8 Empty Tall Machine. Through the demonstration, all the agents can see the constant improvement of Lonking products and new function they showed, which can further increase agents' confidence.
Lonking Forklift company arranged an interecommunions including out-stationed regional managers and first ten excellent agents' delegates. Colleagues from Top Management Team, Departments of Technology, Production, Quality,After Sales Service and Parts, etc. Attended the meeting and listened to all region managers and agents' opinions. They communicated frankly on the meeting, especially on products types, qualities and marketing policies. This interecommunions can enhance mutual trust and make both sides nearer to each other. It also gave a clear improvement direction of management, development, quality and service in the future.
